It is getting a custom domain for your website. A custom domain does not include "your blog name" .blogspot.com, it will allow you to get "your blog name".com. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT IF YOU WANT TO GET A BLOG FROM BLOGGER!

HOW DO I PUT ADVERTISEMENTS ON MY BLOG? All you need to do is go to www.google.com/adsense. And sign up. Once you have signed up, sign in to blogger and go to the Monetize section in your dashboard and enable Adsense.
